Available in a skim version (35% concentration), concentrated milk provides ideal solutions for the production of ice cream, desserts, creams, and many other culinary applications, enhancing the creaminess and consistency of the final products. Carefully selected milk undergoes a concentration process followed by freezing in convenient 20 kg bag-in-boxes, which ensure the best preservation of its organoleptic and nutritional properties.

Available in two variants:

  • 45% concentrate whole milk
  • 35% concentrated skim milk

The freezing technique preserves the product’s freshness and original taste, with a shelf life of 24 months. Additionally, long-term storage potential provides companies with greater flexibility in stock management, ensuring high yields in applications such as ice cream, creams, baked goods, and desserts.
